Jackie Slatkow

Jackie has over 30 years of experience in the public relations arena, with more than 25 years presiding at Slatkow & Husak Public Relations, based in South Florida. Her extensive experience includes all aspects of communications and marketing, including media relations and client and donor relations, securing sponsorships as well as connecting people and organizations to foster future success.  A former newspaper editor, Jackie has worked with hundreds of writers, producers and editors across Florida over the course of her career.  She is graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and is a firm believer in the power of the press.  She goes the extra mile to get the client’s story in the spotlight and lives by the philosophy that when “you put good out there, good comes back to you many times over.” Jackie takes great pride in the clients she has worked with over the years and the referrals they have generated.

She and Kelly met as volunteers in the Junior League of Boca Raton and have a soft spot in their hearts for non-profit organizations serving communities and individuals in need.  Jackie has served on many non-profit boards, and is currently a board member of Impact 100 of Palm Beach County.

Jackie and her husband Andy are the proud parents of two amazing adult children and one great son-in-law, as well as grandparents to Dylan and Alexandra, her favorite people on the planet.
